Experience in working with international orchestras, conductors, stage partners is massive for the development of any artist. That helps to adopt valuable knowledge and teaches to exist within the global cultural context.

Therefore the educational program is one of the main Foundation activities, as well as the Ildar Abdrazakov International festival.

The program includes a series of masterclasses with the best vocal and performing coaches. As a result, the most talented young artists get the opportunity to perform with established and recognized stage masters in well-known Russian concert halls and theaters.

The long-term goal of the program is to create a platform for searching, targeted support, and development of young talents in the field of vocal and performing arts in Russia.
